Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, managing insurance brokerage processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include analyzing client needs, explaining policy features, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Maintaining strong communication and building client relationships will also be central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance and expertise in insurance brokerage practices
  • Understanding of financial concepts and their application in insurance solutions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance options
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations is a plus
