Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kayamkulam( Head Office).

  • The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Performance management - Setup appraisal systems (KPIs, reviews)
  • Training and development
  • Payroll, compensation and benefits
  • HR analytics and reporting
  • Additional responsibilities include administering benefits, conducting performance reviews, and providing HR support to all departments.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience in relevant roles
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
