SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities

  1. Employer Engagement & Job Sourcing

Identify and onboard companies for candidate placement across relevant job roles.

Conduct regular employer visits, networking activities, and job fairs.

Maintain a database of employers and job openings.

Establish long-term relationships with HR/TA managers of partner organizations.

  1. Candidate Placement

Match eligible candidates to suitable job roles based on skills and interest.

Share job descriptions, guide candidates through interview preparation, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate interview logistics and feedback collection.

Ensure minimum placement targets are achieved as per the project requirement.

  1. Documentation & Compliance

Collect and verify offer letters, appointment letters, joining proofs, and salary slips.

Upload/maintain placement records in ERP/SIDH/portal as per scheme guidelines.

Ensure compliance documentation for billing and audit purposes.

  1. Post-Placement Tracking

Follow up with placed candidates for retention (30, 60, 90 days).

Address workplace-related concerns and support candidates during onboarding.

Coordinate with employers for salary confirmation and experience letters.

  1. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with trainers, mobilization team, and center staff to improve placement readiness.

Submit daily/weekly placement trackers and dashboards.

Present placement progress during review meetings.

RequirementsEducational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR, Marketing, or Education Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 2 6 years of relevant experience in placement coordination, employer engagement, recruitment, or corporate relations, preferably within the EdTech or Skill Development sector.
  • Experience working on government skill development projects (e.g., NSDC, DDU-GKY, PMKVY, CSR initiatives, or state livelihood missions) is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of achieving placement or employment linkage targets .
  • Experience in candidate sourcing, job mapping, and client relationship management .

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, HR heads, and industry partners.
  • Understanding of current job market trends, hiring processes, and entry-level job requirements.
  • Networking and negotiation skills for employer tie-ups and job sourcing.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
  • Strong presentation, counseling, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and guide candidates through the recruitment process.

Technical & Administrative Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, placement portals, or government MIS platforms (e.g., SIDH, NSDC portal) .
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining compliance documentation.
