Roles & Responsibilities

1) Asset Requirement planning

2) Follow BHFL defined procurement process

3) Asset delivery tracking with vendor co-ordination/follow-up

4) Asset allocation, movement, and redeployment

5) Assets Inventory Update (CMDB Update)

6) Periodic reconciliation - PO released Vs Asset delivered Vs CMDB update

7) Timely creation and closure of IMAC

8) Timely update BHFL portals

9) Maintain Stock ledger for PAN India

10) Asset Maintenance (repair of faulty systems, providing stand-by)

11) Preparation of Asset Management related reports

12) Ensure that all activities assigned by the reporting manager is completed on target

13) Report on vendor performance

14) Asset Upgradation management

15) Maintenance of compliance

16) Periodic audit & report submission

17) Allocation of Asset to New joiner within TAT

18) User exit process management (D-IMAC processes)

19) Vendor Review & management

20) Periodic reconciliations of CMDB with various reports

21) IT Asset Allocation along with all pre-installed applications to end users as per IT Policy and procedures

22) Complete responsibility for Asset installation, movement, and stocking of assets as per business requirements with due approvals from BHFL IT Team

23) Responsible for following insurances process and provide required documentation / information with agreed TAT. In case claim is not settle because progress gaps / violation in agreed process, "HP" is liable for provisioning of required data. "HP" and BHFL will discuss in mutual on impact terms due to process gap by "HP".

24) Maintaining IT Asset scraps with help of IT resources and Local Admin / LG's to respective location

25) Ensuring signoff from Admin SPOC for asset scrapping on quarterly basis.

26) Maintain the complete assets inventory along with all assets attributes (CMDB) as per ITIL norms, closing with host names.

27) HP Team shall ensure Laptop/ desktop are formatted (to avoid data exchange) while reallocation / allocation to BHFL users.

28) HP team shall do asset replacement activity as on require. "HP" team shall maintain old assets & follow BHFL defined process. "HP" team shall do remote wipe (BHFL tool or with the help of user) of data for assets gifted / purchase under BHFL new policy.

29) To improve CMDB compliance "HP" shall carry out Recons as per mentioned frequency in Reporting section.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Asset Management and general Asset Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive efficient asset management
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service to handle queries and provide support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
