Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Tele Caller position located in Surat. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients through calls, handling inquiries, delivering information about products or services, and building rapport with clients. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and assisting in achieving sales or service targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building
  • Proficient in customer service, query handling, and resolving client concerns
  • Ability to work with sales targets, follow up on leads, and promote products or services
  • Organizational and time management skills with proficiency in maintaining accurate records
  • Fluent in relevant regional languages, in addition to English, is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in telecommunication, sales, or customer service roles preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
