Role Overview

The Visual Merchandising Manager will be the custodian of Isharya's retail storytelling. This role is dedicated to conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual merchandising strategies that elevate customer experience, enhance product visibility, and strengthen brand presence across all formats – from flagship boutiques to shop-in-shops and pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create immersive brand experiences
    through seasonal themes, window concepts, and in-store storytelling.
  • Translate jewelry collections into powerful visual narratives
    , aligned with campaigns and launches.
  • Develop VM guidelines and planograms tailored for multiple formats, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the highest level of retail presentation.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to integrate VM seamlessly with campaigns.
  • Train and inspire store teams to uphold Isharya's VM standards.
  • Continuously research global VM and luxury retail trends to keep Isharya's presentation fresh and aspirational.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and luxury storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp/AutoCAD, or similar tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation and commercial impact.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A deep passion for design, luxury, and retail experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduates from NIFT/NID only.
  • 5–8 years of experience in visual merchandising (jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or accessories industry preferred).
  • Proven expertise in developing compelling VM concepts across multiple store formats.
