Role & responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling operational activities.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Data Entry Operators to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for management review.
- Perform data entry tasks when required and ensure timely updates of client records.
- Utilize advanced Excel formulas for reporting, analysis, and process optimization.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and enhance efficiency.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
