Working Days:
5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays working | Sunday fixed off)


Experience:
0–2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)


CTC:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + attractive incentives


Transport:
Two-way cab facility provided


Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused
Process Advisors
to join our International (US) Debt Settlement process. This is a target-driven outbound voice role where you will interact with US customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them toward suitable debt relief solutions.


Key Responsibilities


• Make outbound calls to US customers (cold & warm leads)


• Explain debt settlement solutions clearly and confidently


• Qualify leads based on eligibility criteria


• Transfer eligible prospects to senior consultants


• Maintain accurate CRM records


• Meet daily and weekly performance targets


• Follow compliance and communication guidelines


Requirements


• Excellent spoken English (neutral/US accent preferred)


• Comfortable with outbound calling & targets


• Prior international voice/BPO experience is a plus


• Basic computer & CRM knowledge


Preference will be given to candidates residing within 20 km of the office location.
