Job Description

We're seeking candidates with a degree in Computer Science and 1-2 years of product management experience, eager to apply their technical skills to innovate and elevate product features at ProManage. In this role, you'll gain invaluable experience while taking on a broad range of responsibilities (yes, it's a long list—but just imagine how much you'll learn):

 Assume responsibility for the success of an Epic (related set of features) of Pro-Manage by innovating and developing them to launch and, most importantly, ensuring the use of the Epic feature set by clients

 Be the Epic evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community

 Assume responsibility for the use of the platform by customers and will analyse them consistently and constantly to understand customer preferences and pain points to develop responsive product features

 Understand both stated and latent customer needs using the state-of-the-art continuous discovery and customer journey tracking to specify and enhance product features

 Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development and Technology teams to create a delightful and unified customer experience and journey from a prospect to a highly valuable customer.

 Evaluate competitive product/service offerings and draw the best features to incorporate in our own product offering.

 Evaluate enabling technologies to improve our product features

 Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product

 Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

 Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation The position is based in our headquarters in Chennai.

Experience, Expertise and Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

 1-2 years of hands-on product management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and deliver product features from concept to launch.

 Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align product development with business goals and customer needs.

 Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with experience in defining product requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and working in agile environments.

 Proven ability to gather and analyse data-driven insights, using tools to track product performance and make informed decisions.

 Experience with customer research and translating feedback into actionable product improvements and features.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering on deadlines.

 Passionate about continuous learning, with a desire to grow in the product management field.
