We're Hiring: Senior Data Scientist – ML, DL, Generative AI, NLP

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Data Science team
  • Build & deploy ML/DL models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Apply advanced architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
  • Integrate OCR for intelligent document & image analysis
  • Work hands-on with Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
  • Use AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) to scale ML workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features rapidly
  • Maintain high standards of model performance & data integrity

You Should Have:

  • Strong Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Deep experience in ML/DL model development and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with OCR technologies (Tesseract, Textract, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and both open-source & commercial LLMs
  • Proficiency in AWS-based ML pipelines and infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in full-stack SaaS product development
  • Exposure to broader Computer Vision applications
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows
