Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Design and implement machine learning and statistical models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation, forecasting, etc.).
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data engineers and product teams to build reliable data pipelines and deploy models.
  • Create intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with latest data science tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of exp
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn).
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience with at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly/Dash).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Basic familiarity with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) or MLOps concepts.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to explain technical results in simple terms.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
