Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement
    data-driven models and algorithms
    for solving business challenges.
  • Perform
    data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis
    using SQL and Python.
  • Design and train
    machine learning models
    for predictive and descriptive analytics.
  • Conduct
    feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning
    to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to
    build scalable data pipelines
    and ensure model deployment in production environments.
  • Generate insights from structured and unstructured data using
    statistical analysis and visualization tools
    .
  • Contribute to
    AI-driven solutions
    , including experimenting with
    LLMs, NLP, and generative models
    (preferred).
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through
    dashboards, reports, and visual presentations
    .
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in
    AI, ML, and data science technologies
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
    .
  • 3–5 years
    of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or ML roles.
  • Strong programming skills in
    Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
    .
  • Advanced
    SQL
    expertise for data querying and optimization.
  • Sound knowledge of
    machine learning algorithms
    (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
  • Experience with
    data visualization tools
    such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
  • Familiarity with
    AI and LLM frameworks
    (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    cloud environments
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI model integration
    .
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps, data versioning, and model monitoring
    tools.
  • Exposure to
    NLP, computer vision

    generative AI applications
