Senior FinOps Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive finance-related process changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes (especially CTC, PTP, AP, AR, and invoice workflows) and be able to create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and support Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between finance teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to enable smooth adoption of new processes or systems.

Drive functional finance change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are informed, trained, and engaged.

Develop and maintain SOPs, QRGs, and process documentation to support ongoing business transformation.

Understand end-to-end finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and invoice processing workflows.

Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on updated processes and systems.

Quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and process changes, with a technical aptitude for understanding system functionality.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement them effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in Financial Operations with a focus on process understanding rather than purely technical or analytical work.

Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM), process documentation, and training materials creation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Proficiency in creating SOPs, QRGs, and other training/delivery materials.

Good understanding of finance operations (CTC, PTP, AP, AR, invoice processing).

Proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to own and drive process adoption.

Strong technical adaptability to quickly learn and navigate financial systems.
