Job Description for Female Duty Doctor
Position: Female Duty Doctor
Location: pragya hospital
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide primary medical care, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments.
- Emergency Management: Handle emergency cases and ensure timely medical intervention.
- Rounds & Monitoring: Conduct regular patient rounds and update medical records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff for patient care.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of treatments, prescriptions, and patient history.
- Counseling & Guidance: Provide medical advice and counseling to patients and their families.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and medical ethics.
- Shift Work: Be available for rotational shifts, including night duties if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBBS (or equivalent medical degree) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license/registration.
- Experience in hospital/clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.
