**Patient Assessment and Care**:Assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing those plans.
- **Medication Administration**:Administering medications as prescribed, monitoring for side effects, and educating patients about medications.
- **Vital Sign Monitoring**:Taking and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to monitor patient health.
- **Patient Education**:Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and health maintenance practices.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- **Collaboration**:Working with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
