Job Title: Ad Expert – Amazon & Flipkart
Department: E-commerce / Digital Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Ad Expert to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical ability, hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns, and the creativity to design effective ad strategies that maximize product visibility, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Manage different ad types including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and video ads.
- Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet campaign objectives.
2. Data Analysis and Optimization
- Track and analyze daily campaign performance metrics such as ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and impressions.
- Compare daily targets and plan spends accordingly.
- Use data-driven insights to implement optimizations that improve campaign efficiency and profitability.
3. Keyword and Bidding Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords.
- Manage bids and budgets strategically to maximize ROI and product discoverability.
- Regularly update keyword lists based on performance trends and market shifts.
4. Market and Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on Amazon and Flipkart advertising algorithm updates, market trends, and competitor performance.
- Identify new opportunities and adjust campaigns proactively to maintain competitive advantage.
5. Budget Management
- Effectively allocate and manage advertising budgets across different campaigns and platforms.
- Ensure optimal utilization of ad spend to achieve target ROAS and sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with advertising tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and Flipkart Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
