The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for a
Quality Assurance Analyst
, who will act as a Dedicated QA Analyst. To be successful as a QA Analyst, you should have experience in Web Application testing, API testing. Brief understanding of testing approaches. Good communication skills are required. This individual will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn and share knowledge.

This is an
Onsite
role.

What you will do:

  • Review and analyze system specifications.
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications.
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of working experience in Manual Testing.
  • Must have good experience in Web Application testing, API testing.
  • Exposure in working in Agile Projects.
  • Working experience in Jira, Postman, Swagger etc.
  • Well versed with API Testing and holds familiarity with JSON and XML
  • Ability to analyze requirements, develop a test plan, create and execute test cases, track defects, and report results.
  • Organizing and monitoring defect management process.
  • Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
  • Good to have Desktop Application testing.
  • Good to have knowledge of Database testing.
  • Good to have TDD/BDD, Cinnamon/Cucumber frameworks.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming languages: Java.
  • Hands on experience in scripting knowledge such as python / JavaScript.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Mobile application (iOS & Android) testing.
  • Good to have knowledge of Automation testing and exposure to Tools like Selenium, JMeter etc.
