Job PurposeAs Part of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for creating the overall business strategyand actively collaborating with the leadership team in driving long term sustainable growthand innovation along with Head of StrategyKey ResponsibilitiesI. Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Assist in creating and executing the long-term strategic plan, ensuring alignment with theorganization's vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

II. Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify and explore new growth areas and opportunities to support medium to long-termaspirations.
  • Lead initiatives that drive business expansion and market penetration.III.

Cross-Functional Initiatives & Program Management

  • Spearhead cross-functional projects to enhance organizational efficiency and addressimmediate team goals.
  • Lead the launch of new initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and integrationinto existing operations.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless project execution, managingproject milestones and deliverables.

IV. Strategic Planning & Budgeting

  • Support the strategic planning and budgeting cycle.
  • Develop scorecards and KPIs for the organization, various functions, and ecosystemplayers.

V. Thought Leadership

  • Act as a thought partner for the CXOs in the org in planning for the long, short to mediumstrategy
  • Generate customer, seller and industry insights through market research and competitiveanalysis to influence the overall strategy
  • Foster a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation within the organization.

Critical competencies for success

  • Educational background – preferably MBA with 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data intoactionable strategies.

Experience in knowledge center, management consulting, founders'office is a plus

  • Experience in B2B Commerce/ Construction Industry / Materials / Industrials is a plus.
  • Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the industry, including market trends,competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to pursue new businessopportunities and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to go deep into a problem area or opportunity and come out with innovative and longterm solutions
  • Drive large cross functional projects through active collaboration with different functionalheads and CXOs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
