Job Summary:

Ownership of Testing Practice for Highradius consulting implementation ( O2C, CFOTech). Develop and

implement the overall strategy for the Testing Practice, design and build the automation framework and

ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Drive innovation and continuous

improvement in testing methodologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Management: Setup the testing practice, Oversee the day-to-day operations of the

Testing Practice, including resource allocation, budget management, and performance

monitoring. Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services across all projects and initiatives.

● Setup Automation framework and QA capabilities to cater to the Consulting organization.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development,

product management, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

● Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any

concerns.

● Talent Development: Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, fostering a culture of

excellence and continuous learning. Identify skill gaps and provide training and development

opportunities to enhance the team's capabilities.

Skill & Experience Needed:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related fields.

● Certifications in related areas like ISQTB, PMP, Agile, DevOps and other technologies preferred.

● Overall 12+ years of technology and QA experience with at least 5 years of progressive

leadership experience.

● Lead a QA team of 25+ Associates.

● Prior experience in QA Automation technologies and frameworks ( Selenium, Cucumber etc) is

mandatory.

● Prior experience with SAAS organisations is a plus.

● Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead effectively within a complex matrix organization,

coordinating across multiple functions and geographies.

● Strong strategic mindset with the ability to think holistically and align departmental goals with the

broader organizational objectives.

● Proven track record of taking ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality results,

meeting deadlines, and achieving targets.

● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships

and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

● Adept at fostering a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, and driving cross-

functional initiatives to achieve common goals.
