Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Faridabad. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production operations, implement production planning strategies, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure products meet quality standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production issues, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Production Engineering and experience in production planning to optimize workflows for efficiency.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, solve production issues, and improve operations.
  • Proficiency in Quality Control techniques to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is an advantage.
