SaaS Product Trainer

As a SaaS Product Trainer at our company, your role will involve delivering engaging product training sessions to new customers, internal teams, and channel partners. Your objective is to ensure that users comprehend the value of our platform, navigate it confidently, and utilize it effectively to meet their business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for new customers, partners, and internal teams. - Develop onboarding materials such as video tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals. - Customize training programs according to the needs of different audiences (beginners, advanced users, internal teams). - Support product launches by educating users on new features and updates. - Gather feedback from sessions and enhance training delivery and materials. - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure content alignment. - Maintain and update the knowledge base or LMS with current training content. - Create training materials like manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules. - Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product training, customer onboarding, or technical education. - Excellent communication, public speaking, and instructional design skills in English and Tamil. - Strong understanding of software applications and technical training. - Ability to simplify complex features in a clear and engaging manner. - Proficiency with training tools such as Loom, Canva, Notion, or LMS platforms. - Sound knowledge of SaaS products and customer workflow. - Capability to design and deliver captivating training sessions. - Proficient in creating training materials and utilizing LMS. - Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
