Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Makeup Trainer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in professional makeup artistry — including bridal, fashion, editorial, and corrective makeup — with prior experience as a trainer or educator. This role involves inspiring and guiding students to achieve professional artistry standards aligned with Lakmé Academy's excellence.

Note: Applicants without prior training experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical sessions on makeup fundamentals, bridal makeup, HD, airbrush, and fashion looks as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
• Demonstrate advanced makeup techniques and mentor students to build creativity, speed, and precision.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, certifications, and professional assignments in the beauty and fashion industry.
• Ensure adherence to Lakmé Academy standards in hygiene, product usage, and presentation.
• Stay updated with global makeup trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in events, workshops, and live demonstrations representing the Academy.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Prior experience as a trainer/educator in professional makeup artistry.
• Diploma/Certification in Makeup Artistry from a recognized institute (required).
• Minimum 1+ year of professional makeup training experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing aspiring makeup professionals.
• Ability to create an engaging, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.
