International Voice Process Executive

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-oriented professionals to join our UK International Voice Process team

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for UK-based customers, helping them resolve queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Maintain polite, empathetic, and professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the system after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily call quality and productivity targets.
  • Follow company policies, data protection guidelines, and UK process compliance standards.
  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance communication and process knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in International Voice Process / UK or US Process / Customer Support (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in UK Shift Timings (Afternoon to Midnight IST).
  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
