Shift: Night Rotational Shift | 2-Way Cab Facility Provided

Job Description

We are hiring experienced professionals for the International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customers.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to understand and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Prior experience in International Voice Process is an added advantage

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to 4 years in an International Voice Process (mandatory).
  • Education: Any graduate / Under graduate
  • Skills: Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Shift: Night rotational.
  • Transport: 2-way cab provided (as per company policy).
