Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Learning Management System (LMS) for universities, corporate, etc. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of accountability for product success managing client relationships, collaborating with sales, and ensuring on-time delivery with high value addition. The candidate will be a problem-solver with a leadership mindset, constantly driving innovation and aligning the product vision with business objectives. They must have the ability to take tough decisions when required and hold the team accountable for timely deliveries and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales teams, and development teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Manage client expectations, handle queries, and ensure seamless communication during the product lifecycle.
  • Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Development, QA, Marketing) to deliver high-quality LMS features on time.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers to ensure product delivery within timelines and quality standards.
  • Take important and better decisions when required to maintain product delivery timelines and quality.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product gaps and opportunities.
  • Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvement.
  • Drive product innovation by suggesting new features and enhancements based on data insights.
  • Lead product demos, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in Learning Management Systems or EdTech products.
  • Strong understanding of AI.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and any product management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand software development life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and user behavior in EdTech.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in team management with the ability to mentor, guide, and hold teams accountable.
