Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Manager-Welding Sales. The Manager-Welding Sales will be responsible for driving sales operations, developing business plans, managing customer service activities, and providing analytical insights to enhance sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our range of welding products and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the welding industry and relevant technical expertise is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales management roles
