Wanted Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Supervise and ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and financial partners.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Track budget performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Support management with financial planning and cost-control strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor accounting staff.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure high performance.
  • Conduct training to improve team skills and system knowledge.

Compliance & Audit

  • Coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Oversee accounting systems and software usage.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes.
  • Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
