ROLES & RESONPONSBILITY- MANAGER ACCOUNTS

For Covai Senior Citizens Services Pvt Ltd & Covai Property Centre India Pvt Ltd

· Maintain and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department

· Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards

· To ensure the bank account reconciliation, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.

· To ensure the Monthly billing process with branches

· To Prepare the report for yearly MMC revision process

· To pay monthly vendor payment on time.

· To making payment to Statuary payments on time.

· To collect reports and statement from branch accountant

· Coordinate with branch account team daily for smooth accounting process.

· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable.

· Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.

· Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Coordinate with statutory auditors for accounts finalization

· Coordinate with tax consultants for monthly return filling – GST and PT

· Maintain compliance with all accounting, taxation.

· Coordinate with CRM team for payment collections, final bill workings

· To ensure statutory deductions and remittances are accurate in Payroll.

· Generate periodic MIS reports for management review.

· Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

· We are using tally software for accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75, ₹80,000.00 per month
