Your Role
As part of our Project Management competency, the PMO – Resource Management Support role plays a critical part in enabling smooth project delivery by ensuring accurate and timely management of project resourcing data. This role focuses on maintaining project and resource-related information in Keka PSA, coordinating closely with Project Managers and the Resource Manager to support optimal staffing for ongoing and upcoming projects.
The PMO professional ensures that resource allocation aligns with project requirements, proactively identifies resourcing needs, and provides visibility to leadership through regular reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date resourcing and project data in Keka PSA across all active projects.
Liaise with Project Managers to capture resourcing updates, allocation changes, and project staffing needs.
Work with the Resource Manager to identify suitable resources for upcoming projects and ensure timely allocation.
Prepare and circulate resourcing dashboards/reports for leadership review, highlighting current utilization, availability, and forecasted demand.
Track and escalate potential resourcing risks, conflicts, or gaps to ensure timely resolution.
Support project governance by ensuring accuracy and completeness of resourcing information in alignment with PMO processes.
Coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to share visibility of future staffing requirements.

Experience & SkillsProven experience in PMO, Resource Management, or Project Coordination roles, ideally within IT or SAP consulting environments.
Strong understanding of resource planning and allocation processes in project-based organizations.
Hands-on experience with PSA tools (Keka PSA preferred) or similar project/resource management systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Resource Managers, and senior stakeholders.
Ability to analyze resource data and present meaningful reports to support decision-making.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Exposure to SAP project environments or consulting practices is an advantage.
