Executive – Installation

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing sub-contractors, ensuring compliance, and overseeing site installations to meet project targets within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Sub-contractor Management:

  • Develop and onboard new sub-contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Resource & Documentation Management:

  • Allocate resources and maintain proper documentation.
  • Visit sites to monitor progress and ensure quality.

Project Coordination:

  • Ensure target-oriented job completion within budget.
  • Assist the RM in certifying sub-contractor invoices.
  • Coordinate with SCM for issuing sub-contractor POs.

Compliance & Payments:

  • Manage safety-related matters in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Control (F&C) for sub-contractor payments.
