Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Program/Project Manager
with over 8 years of experience in the
Group Life Insurance domain
, to lead and manage large-scale projects, transitions, and service management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
PMO functions, mobilization, and stakeholder engagement
with a strong background in insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program/project management in the Group Life Insurance domain.
  • Drive mobilization and transition efforts from client onboarding to steady-state operations.
  • Manage PMO activities including reporting, governance, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for timely project delivery.
  • Track project performance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage client communication.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong domain knowledge in Group Life Insurance operations and transitions.
  • Proven experience in Program Management, PMO, and Service Delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
