Job Role: HR Executive

  1. Downloading Report (Al report and CPV System Cases) and cross checking the same with Daily MIS.

  2. Finding NA Codes.

  3. Removing Positive and Negative CPV  Cases

  4. To Follow-up for pending cases with agencies and Business including Branch Manager CPV cases follow-up with Business through ( Mails & Calling)

  5. Follow up for Negative cases.

  6. Maintenance of CPV reports: All positive, negative cases, previous employment and reference check cases.

  7. Calling business to call details of PE& Reference check

  8. Filling the Annexure II form of the Ref & PE check, printing, compiling and scanning the final report and then uploading it.

  9. Responding to all the email queries of vendors, mentors, managers, RE and even candidates.

  10. Adherence to approval grids, TATs, Formats, Vendor relationship, Rates etc.

Maintaining and Updating regular CPV/Consultancy Status MIS

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CPV Initiation

  2. Pending cases Follow-up with agencies and Mentors

  3. Maintenance of CPV reports.

  4. Previous Employment and Reference Check

  5. Adherence to approval grids, TATs, Formats, Vendor relationship, Rates etc

  6. Email & Telephonic Correspondence.

  7. Maintenance of MIS.

Mandatory Skill required:

  1. Good knowledge of Excel & Word.

  2. Accuracy and eye for detail

  3. Timeliness and adherence to deadlines.

  4. Customer service orientation

  5. Good coordination- to play a vital role between Business, Employee and other stakeholders
