Job Title: Apartment / Property Manager (Hotel Management Preferred)

About Us:

BENO CONSULTANCY LLP is a property and facility management firm based in Kakkanad, Ernakulam. We manage serviced apartments and residential accommodations, ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest experience, and efficient property maintenance.

We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Property Manager to handle bookings, tenants, and daily management activities.

Job Role

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple apartments and ensuring efficient management of bookings, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle apartment bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Maintain communication with tenants and guests (phone, WhatsApp, email, or booking platforms)
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs
  • Keep financial records of rent collections and expenses
  • Supervise cleaning and service staff
  • Ensure a professional and pleasant experience for all residents and guests
  • Prepare simple daily and monthly management reports

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Organized, responsible, and customer-service oriented
  • Experience in hotel, property, or accommodation management preferred

Job Type & Schedule

  • Type: Full-time (on-site)
  • Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

(Depending on experience and skill set)
