We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client business requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring optimal use of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization for Salesforce applications.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers and project teams.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
  • Participate in code reviews, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or related certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
