About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Audit & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial compliance while working in a fast-paced professional environment and learning essential professional skills like client management and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under the guidance of senior auditors/partners.
  • Perform detailed testing of financial statements and internal controls.
  • Analyse and document audit findings; support preparation of audit reports.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Conduct research on accounting standards, auditing practices, taxation rules, and financial regulations.
  • Handle team coordination, training, and research assignments.
  • Stay updated on accounting, taxation, and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Analyst / Associate Bachelor of Commerce year experience preferred)
  • Assistant Manager Semi-Qualified CA year experience preferred)
  • Manager Qualified CA (01 year experience preferred)
