As a recruitment intern at Infiniti Software Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in talent acquisition and HR. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Utilize MS-Office to create and update recruitment documents, such as job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data, such as candidate pipelines and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.
  • Assist in conducting initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
