The Platform and AI Services team is a tightly integrated team building and innovating around the foundational services, components and frameworks which are critical for building the SaaS Revenue Lifecycle management platform powered by AI. We are a group of people who are driven to solve interesting problems at scale. We architect, build, run, and support all the internal system and services that run Revenue lifecycle management cloud at a massive scale. We are looking for an AI Architect who would help us build the AI capabilities for the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform and serve the needs of the customers and at the same time grow his/her skillsets. This individual will help build and support high scale production code in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

This role is critical for us to help build the AI Capabilities for the Conga Revenue lifecycle Platform services that achieves the criticality of business.

This talented AI Architect with his or her expertise in engineering and AI will contribute heavily to the architecture, and building of important core AI services for the Revenue Lifecycle Platform. Are you the person we're looking for?

Take ownership. To architect, build and scale the AI platform for Revenue Intelligence.

Solution Architecture and Technical Design. You should be able to design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model development, deployment strategies, and integration with existing systems. · Define the technical components, services, and libraries required for AI projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will also lead the selection of appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, Azure AI) to meet product requirements.

Hands-On Development. To actively participate in the development of AI models, writing code, building algorithms, and deploying models into production environments. · Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to implement AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and efficient. · Ensure that the technical design is aligned with best practices for AI development, including the use of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (Azure)

Responsibilities. Managing the AI platform technical Architecture, taking the ownership of building the AI Platform with balancing scale, performance, security and cost parameters, performing R&D in the area of AI and ML.

Participate. In an agile team lifecycle, including design, development, testing, planning, backlog grooming and support.

Work with. Product owners and other AI/ML Engineers to understand detailed requirements and own the code from design, development to test automation.

Perform. As a trusted contributor demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, exceed goals, and create benchmarks for success, you will require little to no supervision.

Development. Demonstrated success executing development work within an Agile. Environment.

Education. Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an equivalent Engineering degree is required. MS or PhD will be a plus.

Here's what will give you an edge…

Experience. You should have 10 years of expertise in Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Large Scale Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing etc.

Technical Leadership: · You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring that they follow best practices in AI and software development. You will also review code, design, and architecture to ensure that the solutions meet KDN's high standards for quality and security. You will lead technical discussions in design and implementation phases, making critical decisions that impact the architecture and design of AI solutions.

Component and Service Design: You will architect and design reusable components, microservices, and APIs that can be leveraged across multiple AI projects within Conga. You like to develop and maintain libraries of reusable code, tools, and templates that accelerate AI development and ensure consistency across projects. You will ensure that all components are designed for integration with existing systems, supporting seamless data flow and interoperability.

Research and Innovation: To stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and cloud computing, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team. You will also experiment with emerging AI technologies, such as Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search, to identify their potential applications within Conga. You like leading the technical exploration of new AI use cases, developing prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate their feasibility.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You're comfortable initiating and engaging in collaborative discussions. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak, you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills help to build trust and foster connection with our clients. They also ensure you collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Time. Willingness to understand you will be working with a global team. This means you know you not necessarily be working "9 to 5" but be willing take a call either early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate your global team members.
