CRSP Capital is seeking a dynamic Zonal Head to oversee all branches in Rajasthan. The role focuses on driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading branch teams to achieve targets.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 / 𝐊𝐑𝐀𝐬:


• Business Growth: Achieve revenue, disbursement, and profitability targets across the zone.


• Branch Operations: Ensure smooth functioning, operational compliance, and process adherence in all branches.


• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise branch heads; drive performance and accountability.


• Portfolio Management: Monitor credit quality, collections, and risk mitigation.


• Strategic Planning: Identify market opportunities, support regional expansion, and implement company strategies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:


• 5–8 years of experience in multi-branch / zonal leadership in NBFC, banking, or financial services.


• Strong knowledge of credit, lending products, and regulatory compliance.


• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Open to relocate to Udaipur.
