Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs in line with project requirements.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration.
  • Conduct site visits for supervision, progress review, and quality checks.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide innovative, functional design solutions.
  • Support the senior architect/project head in project planning and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
  • Excellent visualization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Registration with COA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
