Role : Sr. Project Manager

Exp : 5 – 7 yrs

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage project execution from initiation through closure while ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
  • Continuous follow-up with Procure team & their budgets
  • Lead and motivate project teams across multiple functions.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear project updates.
  • Manage expectations and maintain strong, positive relationships.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Resolve issues proactively to prevent project delays.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards.
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Maintain all project documentation, including plans, schedules, and lessons learned.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mech or EIE
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in SPM manufacturing industry, Pharma machineries manufacturing

Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹486, ₹953,593.83 per year
