Role & responsibilities :

  • Analyze business data across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to identify trends and insights.
  • Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau.
  • Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate with teams to define metrics and improve data-driven decisions.
  • Present findings through visualizations and executive reports.
  • Promote a culture of analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Masters degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Applied Statistics.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SQL, Python/R, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong data storytelling ability.
  • Personality: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Education Background: Candidates from ISI, IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, or equivalent top institutions preferred.
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 30 days.
  • Age: Preferably below 30 years (up to 35 years for exceptional candidates).
  • Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates.
