We are seeking a
Marketing Content Specialist
with a strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to craft impactful and audience-driven communication across digital and print platforms. This role blends creative storytelling with industry insight—translating complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and credible narratives that engage customers, investors, and partners alike.

Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
Create high-quality, persuasive content for websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, brochures, and other marketing channels.

Financial Communication:
Translate complex BFSI concepts, products, and regulatory updates into accessible and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Brand Messaging:
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and voice across all marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the brand's communication strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, design, and compliance teams to produce accurate, insightful, and on-brand content.

SEO & Performance Optimization:
Develop SEO-friendly copy for digital platforms to enhance visibility and organic reach.

Quality Assurance:
Review and refine existing content, ensuring grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.

Thought Leadership:
Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and research-based articles that strengthen brand authority within the BFSI space.

What Makes You a Great Fit
You have
2–5 years of experience
in content writing, copywriting, or marketing communication—preferably within
BFSI, FinTech, or Financial Consulting
sectors.

You can distill
technical and financial jargon
into simple, engaging language without compromising accuracy.

You're skilled at writing for
multiple formats
—from long-form articles and reports to crisp ad copy and digital content.

You understand
SEO principles
and how to create content that balances creativity with discoverability.

You possess strong
editing and storytelling abilities
, with meticulous attention to detail and tone.

You're a collaborative professional who can partner effectively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality content within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Finance.
Prior experience in a
BFSI-focused agency or marketing team
is an advantage.

Familiarity with
regulatory communication standards
and
financial products
(insurance, mutual funds, banking, or investments).
