ASE Testing

We are seeking an experienced Senior E2E Test Engineer with 4 + years of expertise in end-to-end testing, test automation, and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in tools such as QTest, Selenium, Serenity, and Python for building and executing comprehensive test plans for complex applications. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Development, and execution of comprehensive end-to-end test strategies for applications.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Serenity, and Python.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, product, QA) in an Agile environment to ensure effective communication and testing workflows.

Manage test cases, defects, and overall test execution using QTest.

Write and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.

Analyze test results, report defects, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.

Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.

Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in End-to-End (E2E) testing and test automation.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of different approaches, including functional, regression, integration, E2E, and acceptance testing.

Test Case Design Techniques: Skills in designing test cases using boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, etc.

Test Case Development and Execution: Experience in creating and executing test cases based on requirements.

Defect Life Cycle Management: Understanding defect reporting, prioritization, and tracking through its life cycle.

Reporting: Ability to document and report testing results clearly and effectively.

Testing Certifications (optional): ISTQB or similar certifications can be beneficial.

Proficient in Selenium WebDriver for browser automation.

Hands-on experience with Serenity for writing automated acceptance tests.

Strong programming skills in Python for test scripting and automation.

Experience using QTest for managing test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.

Understanding of API testing, performance testing, and test reporting.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with additional test frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
