We are hiring an experienced Assistant Branch Manager (Male Preferred)to support branch operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have NBFC experience with strong knowledge of LMS, LOS, payment gateways, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, MIS, and data analysis.
  • Monitor and manage customer loan lifecycle via LMS (Loan Management System) and LOS (Loan Origination System).
  • Coordinate with head office for reporting, audits, and approvals.
  • Train, coach, and develop branch team members.
  • Manage staff performance and ensure target achievement.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis)
  • Experience with LMS, LOS, and payment gateways
  • Prior experience in NBFC operations is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven people and team management experience
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving ability
  • Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field preferred)
