Role Summary

We're looking for an
Associate Product Manager
to support our AI initiatives. For Accounts product — handling product features and enterprise onboarding. You'll work directly with the
CPO, Engineering, Design, and Customer teams
, and you'll gain hands-on exposure to road mapping, customer discovery, and feature delivery in an AI-driven B2B SaaS setup.

What You'll Do

·      Partner with the
CPO
to define and drive the roadmap for core account functionality: onboarding, billing logic, team access, and admin settings

·      Translate customer insights and business needs into concise user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria

·      Work tight with Engineering and Design to validate concepts, review UX flows, and iterate features quickly

·      Participate in customer interviews, usability feedback sessions, and internal demos

·      Maintain product tickets and backlog in tools like
Notion
or
Jira
with transparency and precision

·      Measure adoption, gather user feedback, and help iterate rapidly on delivered features

Who You Are

·      You bring
3 -6 years
experience in product, engineering, UX, or customer-facing roles at B2B SaaS or AI startups

·      You're technically fluent enough to understand APIs or workflows and translate them into product requirements

·      Collaborative and organized—capable of juggling requirements, specs, priorities, and sprint backlogs

·      Excellent communicator— able to articulate trade-offs, feature impacts, and deliver clear spec documentation

·      Comfortable in fast-paced environments— you learn quickly, iterate often, and adjust based on feedback

Bonus if You Have…

·      Experience with account, subscription, ERP, or finance-related products

·      Familiarity with tools like
Figma
,
Mixpanel
, or
Amplitude

·      Exposure to customer research, A/B testing, or lightweight UX validation
