Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Services

Location: Maharashtra (Nagpur, Wardha, Mumbai, Pune & other major cities)

Work Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Remote (Flexible)

Compensation: Incentive & Performance-Based (Earning Potential ₹35,000+/month)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive growth for our Digital Marketing Services. The role is performance-driven, offering unlimited earning opportunities based on results. Whether you are a student, freelancer, or professional, this role allows you to work flexibly while maximizing your income potential.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and online communication.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and follow-ups.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (basic understanding is enough, training will be provided).
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.

  • Prior sales/marketing/business development experience is a plus (freshers also welcome).
