Roles & Responsibilities :-
  • Export Logistic manager – Must have exposure in getting Freight rate directly from Shipping company
  • Also he should have exposure in Liquid Tanker , Bulk Booking
  • Providing the tankers/trucks to the plant as per dispatch order received from local sales dept. Implement schedule and any changes on last movement.. Track all despatches and all vehicles available for loading (including maintenance) and report on daily basis to management. Track all transport of Material in Drums to end destination.
  • To develop new vendor of tanker transporter/Drums for inbound as well as out bound.
  • Co-ordinate with plant and local sale for arrangement for road permits if any. Arrange transport for inbound and outbound. Whet all contracts of vendors thoroughly
  • Work out for route freight, loading planning, vehicle trip expense, fund requirement etc and fixing of route expense for vehicle trip on different route.. Whet all transport bills.
  • Analyze and tracked daily Transit report and develop future projects based on the results.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of HOBC fleet of vehicles with garage. Required repairing of vehicle if any, to be carryout with the consultation and suggestion of garage mechanic and spares to be purchased with approval of HO only.
  • To maintain tyre stock details, running details and tanker wise cost sheet for repairing charges.
  • Submission of all out/in bound vehicle and dispatch report, Logistic operations and HOBC garage report to Head Office on daily basis.
  • Co-ordination with processes and systems, related to Accident Reporting, Accident repairing and Insurance Claim Settlement, Assessing Damages, dealing with Surveyors for Assessment, Renewal of Road Tax, National Permits, Fitness certificate, Insurance and PUC For Vehicles.
  • Work out Budget for Fleet operation and maintenance and ensure that all purchases should be within the set budget limits.
  • Maintaining Monthly MIS Reports.
  • Any other task as given by management.
  • Any change of road direction should be immediately report to concerned persons.
  • All communication should be done in e-mail with cc to all the concerned persons.
