Hiring Alert – Operations Manager (Warehousing & Distribution)

Position: Operations Manager – Warehousing & Distribution

Location: Noida (Sector 62)

Experience: Three – Four years

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.    Oversee and monitor storage, inventory, and distribution activities across multiple warehouses.

2.    Lead and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and customer service.

3.    Optimise and coordinate the complete order cycle to ensure operational efficiency.

4.    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.

5.    Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations and address operational challenges proactively.

6.    Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and onsite warehouse teams.

7.    Resolve client queries promptly and provide strategic operational support.

8.    Coordinate daily warehouse tasks, performance tracking, and reporting with internal teams.

9.    Monitor documentation, compliance, and process adherence in everyday warehouse functions.

10. Uphold professional communication standards and foster a positive operational environment.

Skills Required

1.    Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

2.    Good understanding of logistics, warehousing workflows, and supply chain operations.

3.    Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.

4.    Languages: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other languages are an added advantage).

Qualification

Any degree—preferably with a Logistics or Supply Chain background.

Candidate Requirements

Must be available for full-time, in-office work at Noida (Sector 62).

Should be ready to join immediately.

Must have their own laptop.
