  • We are seeking a highly skilled
    Operations Manager
    to lead our operations team and ensure the smooth functioning of all driver-related activities. The ideal candidate will oversee the Operations Executive and manage key operational areas including driver performance, compliance, and service efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsiblites

  • Supervise and mentor the Operations Executive to ensure effective driver management.
  • Monitor and evaluate driver performance to optimize efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Oversee driver attendance, punctuality, and performance metrics, taking corrective action when required.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to manage vehicle service schedules and ensure fleet readiness.
  • Maintain and update all driver documentation such as licenses, permits, and certifications.
  • Coordinate driver payouts, incentive calculations, and payment recovery in line with company policies.
  • Address driver concerns and provide ongoing support to maintain morale and operational consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in driver operations and field processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Accounts, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
