Java React Developer

Full stack developer (Java, React, Cloud)

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain applications and systems using Java and React.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Software Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies.
• Strong experience in React and front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Category-wise Technical Skills:

• Front-End:

  • Proficiency in React and related libraries (e.g., Redux).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

• Back-End:

  • Extensive knowledge of Java programming.
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Cloud:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Tools & Others:

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of build tools and package managers (e.g., Maven, npm/yarn).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Experience:

• 6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and React.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other team ceremonies.
• Debug, test, and fix bugs and issues as they arise.
• Continuously improve existing codebase and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Java and React.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
